The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R5 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 8 April 2026 the AER received notice of the cancellation for this registration as the registrant is no longer selling energy at the site.
