The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption was provided for in the AER's Retail Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to conditions.

The exemption applied to energy sales to residential customers. It required exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
On 31 July 2026, the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of an authorised electricity retailer for this site.
