The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Retail Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to conditions.

The R8 class exemption applies to energy sales under PPA agreements to commercial customers, and to residential customers where the duration of the PPA is less than 10 years and the customer is able to terminate the agreement early. Green Peak Energy Pty Ltd has advised it will only sell to commercial customers.
Cancellation of registration
On 19 March 2021 the AER received notice of the cancellation for this registration as the registrant is no longer selling energy at the site.
