The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

On 19 February 2025 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration as the registrant is no longer selling energy at the site.
