The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 class exemption.

Prior to 20 December 2018 this registration was held by Stockland Trust Management Limited / ABN 86 001 900 741
On 25 January 2026 the AER received notice from The Trust Company Limited of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer sells electricity at the site.
