The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Retail Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to conditions.

Prior to 21 October 2024, the retail exemption for this site was held by Elanor Funds Management Limited / ABN 39 125 903 031.
