The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption was provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

Applicable conditions for class exemptions.
The exemption applied to energy sales to residential customers. It required exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
