On 30 April 2019, the AER published its final decision on the electricity determination for NSW distribution network service provider, Endeavour Energy, for the 2019-24 regulatory control period commencing 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2024.
On 8 January 2019, Endeavour Energy submitted its revised regulatory proposal for the 2019-24 period.

Control Mechanisms
On 25 March 2021, the AER revoked the 30 April 2019 determination and substituted it with a new determination to correct an error in the control mechanisms attachment to facilitate an appropriate transition to the latest version of the service target performance incentive scheme. All other aspects of the determination remain as per the AER’s 30 April 2019 final determination.
