Project administration - Postponement of assessment process
Back to topIn response to issues raised by EAPL in a letter following the draft decision, the ACCC decided to postpone the access arrangement review. At that time, EAPL had submitted to the National Competition Commission (NCC) an application for revocation of coverage, and the process was postponed to await the outcome of the NCC decision.
On 11 January 2002, the AER set a new date for the revised proposal and restarted the assessment process.
