Back to topOn 19 August 2021, the AER held a briefing for invited stakeholders, which included network businesses, consumer groups, market bodies and government organisations. The briefing outlined the purpose of the Better Resets Handbook - Towards consumer-centric network proposals (previously known as The Statement of Expectations for Networks) and the timetable for further consultation.
