The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 15 December 2022 exemption for this site was registered by Clarence Property Corporation Limited as Trustee for Westlawn Property Trust / ABN 58 525 298 850.
Prior to 17 January 2023 Watts Energy Pty Ltd / ABN 49 109 968 032 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption.
The Active Utilities Pty Ltd / ABN 78 116 498 803 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to Active Utilities Pty Ltd takes effect from 17 January 2023.
