Application
Back to topWe received Essential Energy's first group of waiver applications together with its compliance plan on 27 July 2017. At that time, Essential Energy indicated it may seek further waivers. We received Essential Energy's additional waiver applications on 14 September 2017. The additional applications are sufficiently similar to applications already received from other distribution businesses that, in order to avoid delaying the waiver decision process, we propose to consider all of the waiver applications together in our draft decision due out in October.
