The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) will undertake compliance checks of the pricing proposals and proposed network charges submitted by the Queensland and South Australian electricity distributors. The compliance checks will ensure consistency against the National Electricity Rules and each distributor’s recently released five-year regulatory revenue determination for the 2025-30 period.
Following these compliance checks, we will publish the approved 2025–26 pricing proposals and network charges, including a Statement of Reasons outlining our decision for each network as soon as possible.
