The Australian Energy Regular (AER) will check compliance of APA’s 2027 gas tariff variation notice and proposed network charges for its Victorian Transmission System against its access arrangement determination.
The compliance checks will ensure consistency against APA’s five-year access arrangement determination for the Victorian Transmission System. Following these checks, we will publish the approved 2027 tariff variation notice and network charges, including a Statement of Reasons outlining our decision.
This is an initial gas tariff variation notice for 2027 that APA will update for additional data not currently available.
