On 13 Feburary 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Canberra Centre Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for the Canberra Centre Investment Trust for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Canberra Centre, 148 Bunda Street, Canberra ACT 2601. We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Canberra Centre Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for the Canberra Centre Investment Trust’s application by Friday, 13 March 2026.
