On 24 June 2025, the AER accepted an application from Dexus Property Services Pty Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Botany Quarter, 11-13 Lord Street, Botany, NSW 2019.
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Dexus Property Services Pty Limited's application by 23 July 2025.
