The date for submissions on the AER’s draft decision and JGN’s revised access arrangement proposal closed on 28 April 2010. The AER has received 11 public submissions which can be found on the AER’s website.
The AER is currently considering these submissions in making its final decision to approve or not approve the revised access arrangement proposal. The final decision is expected to be released on 28 May 2010.
