On 16 May 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund (Energy Bay) for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Fairfield City Central Shopping Centre at 54 Smart Street, Fairfield NSW 2165.
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Energy Bay's application by 13 June 2025.
