The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Network Exemptions Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions.

Prior to 3 February 2026, WINenergy Pty Ltd / ABN 71 112 175 710 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption.
The Embedded Networks Company Pty Ltd / ABN 32 119 677 431 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to The Embedded Networks Company Pty takes effect from 3 February 2026.
