CCP3 overview report on AER Preliminary Decisions and DNSPs' Revised Proposals - 22 February 2016

Consumer Challenge Panel members advising the AER on this review are Ms Bev Hughson, Mr David Headberry and Mr David Prins. This will be known as Sub panel 3.

They will meet with AusNet, AER staff and the AER Board multiple times throughout the review.

Sub panel 3 advice

On 23 May 2014, the CCP sub panel 3 provided the AER with advice on our framework and approach.

On 5 August 2015, the CCP sub panel 3 provided the AER with advice on the Victorian electricity distribution network service providers' regulatory proposals.

On 11 March 2016, the CCP sub panel 3 provided the AER with advice on the Victorian electricity distribution network service providers' revised regulatory proposals and our preliminary decisions.
