On 20 December 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved a gas retailer authorisation application from Energy On Pty Ltd (Energy On) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).  Energy On is now authorised to retail gas as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
