The DLNG to PWC Pipeline also known as the Darwin LNG Lateral Category 3 exemption was revoked on 6 March 2020. New Category 1 and Category 2 exemptions for the DLNG to PWC Upstream Pipeline and new Category 2 exemption for DLNG to PWC Downstream Pipeline were granted on same date under Part 23. ConocoPhillips transferred the DLNG to PWC Upstream Pipeline to Santos in May 2020.
