Final decision - SA Power Networks distribution determination 2020-25 - Attachment 8 - Efficiency benefit sharing scheme - June 2020

On 5 June 2020, we released our final decision on SA Power Networks electricity distribution determination for the 2020–25 regulatory control period. Our final decision is set out in the Overview and accompanying attachments. As a number of issues were settled at the draft decision stage or required only minor updates, we have not prepared all attachments. In these circumstances our draft decision reasons form part of this final decision.

On 25 March 2024 we published our determination to revoke and substitute our final decision on SA Power Network’s electricity distribution determination for the 2020–25 regulatory control period. A material error was identified that impacted our operating and capital expenditure, revenue, Demand Management Innovation Allowance Mechanism and Service Target Performance Incentive Scheme incentive rate final decisions.
