AER letter to Energy Locals Pty Ltd - grant of gas retailer authorisation - 31 July 2020

On 31 July 2020, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved a gas retailer authorisation application from Energy Locals Pty Ltd (Energy Locals) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).  Energy Locals is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
