On 12 May 2021, ISPT Pty Ltd was issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register a network exemption confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and
• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Kellyville Village, Kellyville, NSW.
