AER - Developing the Better Bills Guideline - Consultation questions

During September 2021, we consulted with stakeholders, seeking early feedback and input on the development of the Better Bills Guideline. We sought stakeholder comment on five key issues (specific questions and additional information is available in the document below):

1. AER consumer and behavioural insights
2. Improving energy bills
3. Making energy bills simple and easy to understand
4. ‘Best offer’ information
5. Simplifying the regulatory framework and reducing costs to serve
