On 29 April 2022, CitiPower and Powercor submitted its Annual Ring-fencing Compliance Report and Independent Assessment. These submissions are required by the AER's Electricity Distribution Ring-fencing Guideline.
The AER will consider this report in preparing any AER authored annual reports on compliance.
