The AER received an access arrangement proposal from AusNet for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2028. Under the NGL and the NGR, the AER has the function of reviewing and approving the terms of the proposal. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to consider the indicative dates for the key milestones in this review.
