AER - Draft - Regulatory determinations and elections guide - 16 June 2023

On 16 June 2023, the AER published a draft Regulatory Determinations and Elections Guide. The document sets out the new processes for changing the regulatory status and classification of established and new pipelines, how the AER will assess regulatory pipeline applications and determinations and outlines the relevant statutory tests.
