Evoenergy is the gas distribution network service provider for the ACT and surrounding areas. The National Gas Law (NGL) and National Gas Rules (NGR) provide the regulatory framework governing gas networks. As with other covered pipelines, we regulate Evoenergy's reference tariffs - and through this, its revenue - under an approved access arrangement.
On 26 June 2020, Evoenergy submitted its access arrangement proposal for five-year period from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2026 (2021-26 period).
On 27 November 2020, we published our draft decision on Evoenergy's access arrangement for the 2021-26 period.
On 13 January 2021, Evoenergy responded to our draft decision by submitting an access arrangement revised proposal.
By 17 February 2021, we accepted stakeholder submissions on our draft decision and Evoenergy's revised proposal.
On 30 April 2021, we published our final decision on Evoenergy's access arrangement for the 2021-26 period.
