AusNet Services - Cost pass through - easement land tax 2016

On 15 February 2016, AusNet Services submitted an application to the AER under clause 6A.7.3 of the NER for a positive pass through of easements land tax for the amount of $ 3,954,797 ($nominal, GST exclusive). The AER determined that the proposed pass–through amount is appropriate and meets the rule requirements. We consider that all of this pass through amount should be passed through to AusNet Services' Transmission Network Users in 2016–17.
