Background
On 18 December 2018, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from ISPT Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for Fletcher Village.
This application also sought individual exemptions for three other sites, Kincumber Village, Wagga Wagga Market Place and Richmond Market Place.
Submissions on ISPT Pty Ltd's application closed on 4 February 2019. No submissions were received.
