On 16 October 2020, AusNet Services submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for its Victorian gas distribution network. The tariff variation notice relates to network charges for AusNet Services users for the period 1 January 2021 - 31 December 2021.
On 18 November 2020, the AER approved AusNet Services' annual tariff variation notice for the period 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021. This was after assessing the tariff variation notice as compliant with AusNet Services' 2018–22 Access Arrangement.
