The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption was provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 17 December 2025, the AER received notice from The CS Family Trust / ABN 45 920 474 232 of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates or sells electricity at the site.
