The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Network Exemptions Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions.

From 10 July 2024 until 11 March 2026 CLEANPEAK ENERGY RETAIL PTY LTD / ABN 18 623 916 138 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption. This exemption as it applied to CLEANPEAK ENERGY RETAIL PTY LTD was effective from 10 July 2024 to 11 March 2026.
ENERGY INTELLIGENCE PTY LTD / ABN 48 132 080 552 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to ENERGY INTELLIGENCE PTY LTD takes effect from 11 March 2026.
