On 26 March 2015 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and was subject to a number of conditions.

From 22 December 2025 exemptions for this site were registered by PS625252M / ABN 36 485 153 305.
