AER draft decision - APT Allgas Access arrangement proposal for the QLD gas network - February 2011

The AER has released its draft decision on APT Allgas’s access arrangement proposal on 17 February 2011, requiring APT Allgas to revise its access arrangement proposal.

Stop the clock

The AER has decided under rule 11 of the NGR that the period of 63 days for submissions on the draft decision is not counted towards the decision making time for the full access arrangement final decision. This also includes an overlapping period of 34 days for APT Allgas to submit a revised proposal.
