The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline) and was subject to a number of conditions.

Exemption class applicable conditions.
The exemption applied to energy sales to residential customers. It required exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
From 10 October 2025, exemptions for this site were registered by THE TRUSTEE FOR THE LDL FAMILY FUND TRUST / ABN 24 377 383 118 and THE TRUSTEE FOR DAVIDSON PROPERTY / ABN 74 701 180 880.
