The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 class exemption.

On 4 February 2026 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of an authorised electricity retailer for this site.
