The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 24 January 2025 the AER received notice of the cancellation for this registration as the registrant is no longer selling energy at the site.
