ActewAGL - access arrangement for the ACT, Queanbeyan and Palerang gas distribution network - 23 April 2010

On 23 April 2010, the AER released its decision to approve the access arrangement (including the access arrangement information) drafted by the AER for ActewAGL’s gas distribution network.

The decision made revisions to the access arrangement proposal and access arrangement information drafted by the AER and released with its final decision on the service provider’s access arrangement proposal. These revisions corrected errors and omissions in the documents. The revisions made by the AER are incorporated into the access arrangement (which includes the access arrangement information).

The access arrangement took effect on 1 July 2010.
