The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Neo Grids Pty Ltd / ABN 82 676 127 843 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to Neo Grids Pty Ltd takes effect from 15 May 2025.
