The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

The exemption applies to energy sales to residential customers. It requires exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
Before 31 August 2022, an exemption for this site was held by Willows West Investments Pty Ltd / ABN 37 106 342 321.
From 15 December 2025 exemptions for this site were registered by Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Limited / ABN 50 111 782 846.
