On 10 August 2012, the AER released its final decision on APTPPL's revised access arrangement proposal for the period 1 September 2012 to 30 June 2017.

The final decision proposes revisions to APTPPL's revised access arrangement proposal and revised access arrangement information for the Roma to Brisbane Pipeline. These revisions will be incorporated into the AER’s final access arrangement proposal and access arrangement information.

The AER's final decision considered the consultant reports obtained for the draft decision. Additional consultant reports were considered by the AER for the final decision.

The AER considered additional supporting information relating to the rate of return for the final decision.

The AER conducted further consultation with APTPPL and industry to discuss the queuing requirements in the RBP revised access arrangement proposal.
