On 20 February 2018, we published an issues paper as part of our review of the application guidelines for the regulatory investment tests (RITs).
On 14 March 2018 we held a public forum to hear stakeholder ideas on how we could improve our guidance for applying regulatory investment tests. The discussion questions in the slide pack and summary note were informed by input we received from stakeholders in a pre-workshop survey.
The AER may, but need not, consider a submission it receives after the consultation period has ended.
