On the 18 June 2018, the AER released for consultation draft amendments to the current Compliance Procedures and Guidelines (the Guidelines). Accompanying the draft Guideline is the Notice of Draft Instrument; both documents seek to explain the AER's views on the changes proposed to the Guidelines.
