We published an issues paper on 1 March 2019 that seeks stakeholder comment on key issues, such as: the information an applicant should provide, our procedure for handling applications, and the factors and criteria that may influence our consideration of applications for exemption.

We invited interested partied to respond to the issues raised in the issues paper by providing us with written submissions. The consultation period closed on 5 April 2019.
