We invited feedback on preliminary draft models provided to stakeholders during the informal phase of consultation. Feedback was generally provided on an informal basis over phone or email.
Jemena made a written submission in response to the preliminary draft models, providing general feedback as well as requesting that consultation on the gas model development include how inflation is applied within the AER’s regulatory models. Jemena’s general feedback will be considered as part of the gas model review. The AER has separately written to Jemena on the inflation issue. Both Jemena's submission and the AER's letter are published below.
On 5 December 2019 the AER released its proposed transmission and distribution roll forward models and post-tax revenue models for gas service providers.
We invited written submissions on the proposed financial models. Submissions closed on 20 January 2020.
