On 1 July 2021, the AER received an access arrangement proposal from APT Petroleum Pipelines Pty Limited (APTPPL) for its gas transmission Roma to Brisbane Pipeline (RBP) for the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2027.

We invited energy consumers and other interested parties to make submissions on the RBP 2022–27 access arrangement by 18 August 2021. We received two submissions.

On 4 August 2021, the AER hosted an online public forum to allow stakeholders the opportunity to ask questions about the RBP 2022-27 access arrangement proposal before submissions close on 18 August 2021. Presentations were delivered by the AER and APT Petroleum Pipelines Pty Limited (APTPPL). The presentation slides are available below.
