Final decision
On 3 November 2021 the AER published its final Ring-fencing Guideline (Electricity distribution) (Version 3) and Explanatory statement.
On 21 December 2021, the AER published a communications statement confirming our position on streamlined waivers and an accompanying waiver application template for DNSPs to use.

Submissions
On 3 November the AER sought further comments from stakeholders on the process and criteria of the streamlined waiver, as outlined in the Explanatory Statement (Version 3). Submissions closed on 1 December 2021.
